After adding a product to your cart, you'll see customization fields where applicable. Enter the name, age, or other details you'd like included. Double-check your spelling before checkout! We'll produce exactly what you enter.

We begin production within 24 hours, so please contact us immediately if you need changes. We can accommodate modifications before production starts, but once cutting begins, changes aren't possible. Email hello@plinterpaper.com with your order number.

Contact us within 24 hours at hello@plinterpaper.com with your order number and the correction needed. If production hasn't started, we'll update it at no charge. After production begins, reprints require a new order.

We love creating custom pieces! For fully custom designs, please contact us through our Contact page with your vision, event date, and budget. Custom orders typically require 2-3 weeks additional production time.

We use premium 65-110lb cardstock depending on the product. Our papers are acid-free, archival quality, and selected for rich color saturation. All cuts are precision-made using commercial-grade equipment for crisp, clean edges.

Standard production time is 5-7 business days for most items. Simpler items like cupcake toppers ship in 3-5 days. Complex kits or premium bundles may take 7-10 days. Rush options are available - contact us for details.

Products ship flat to prevent damage. Each item includes simple assembly instructions. Most pieces are pre-scored for easy folding - no scissors or glue needed! Assembly typically takes 5-15 minutes depending on the product.

We ship throughout the United States via USPS. Standard shipping (5-7 business days) is free on orders over $75. Express (2-3 days) and Priority (1-2 days) options are available at checkout for an additional fee.

Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with tracking information. You can also check your order status by contacting us with your order number.

All orders ship in protective packaging suitable for gifting. For an extra-special touch, select our Gift Packaging option at checkout ($5) for premium tissue paper, ribbon, and a hand-written gift note.

We package everything carefully, but if something arrives damaged, please take photos and email us at hello@plinterpaper.com within 48 hours of delivery. We'll send replacements for any damaged items at no charge.

Due to the personalized nature of our products, we cannot accept returns on custom items. Non-personalized items may be returned unused within 14 days for store credit. Please contact us to initiate a return.

Your satisfaction is our priority! If something isn't right, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We'll work with you to make it right, whether that means a replacement, store credit, or other solution.

Store flat in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Keep in the original packaging until ready to assemble. Paper products can be affected by humidity, so avoid storing in basements or garages.

Our cupcake and cake toppers include food-safe picks/sticks. However, the paper portions should not directly contact food. For cake toppers, we recommend placing them on a small piece of parchment or directly into the frosting via the stick.
